*The volume of work submitted for processing will be reviewed quarterly. Subscribers at this rate who do not utilize ATC for processing services will be invoiced at the higher subscription price. Any previously paid amount will be applied to the new rate. ATC reserves the right to adjust end dates for subscribers who sign up at this level and do not use ATC for processing.
